Bulk Buying Discount  [Top]

Red Wrappings offers a discount for order quantities of 6 units or more. Take advantage of this great offer for corporate gift buying or any other special occasions. Please contact us for more information.

 

Damaged goods  [Top]

Goods that are damaged in transit or upon delivery must be notified to customerservice@redwrappings.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods. We will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. Red Wrappings™ however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage and may ask for proof of damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.

 

Defective goods  [Top]

If a product is deemed to be defective, the warranty conditions (if specified) for that product will apply. Goods that are defective upon delivery must be notified to customerservice@redwrappings.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods. We will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at our cost. Red Wrappings™ however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.

If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by Red Wrappings™.

Please note: If goods are found to be not defective on return, the cost of the return and re-delivery will be chargeable to you.

 

Delivery Time [Top]

As far as possible, we will endeavour to deliver within 3-7 working days. For areas outside of major capital cities and remote areas, this may take a little longer. If you purchase Red Wrap It!, our gift wrappings service, please allow at least an extra 1-2 working days.

Red Wrappings will deliver free of charge to all Australian states – NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Tasmania. This includes all major cities-Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Launceston and Darwin as well as to country areas. Orders to be delivered to Australia irrespective of which country it is ordered from will also be delivered free.

Free Delivery Service [Top]

Red Wrappings will deliver free of charge to all Australian states and country areas.

 

Freight & Handling [Top]

For all orders where the delivery address is within Australia, we offer free delivery. There is no freight cost or cost for handling.

 

Gift Vouchers  [Top]

Red Wrappings™ Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on the Red Wrappings™ website. You can only use one Gift Voucher per purchase. When redeeming a Gift Voucher, if the product selected for redemption cost less than the value of the voucher, the balance amount on that voucher cannot be redeemed again. If the value of the selected item exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, you can pay the difference at the check out using a credit card.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed at the point of purchasing an item. Once you have paid for an item at check out using your credit card instead of using your voucher, you will be unable to redeem your Gift Voucher for that item.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.

All Gift Vouchers have an expiry date which is indicated on the Gift Voucher and must be used within that expiry date. Expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the person holding the Gift Voucher to ensure that it is redeemed before the expiry date.

You can pay online using your Paypal credits, or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Cash and cheques are not accepted.

2) By Phone
You can call us on +61 3 8609 9260 to order over the phone. Please have your credit card details ready (Visa or MasterCard).

 

International Shipping  [Top]

Shipping outside Australia is currently unavailable.

 

Non-deliveries  [Top]

If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us at customerservice@redwrappings.com.au. Red Wrappings™ will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, we will replace the item and re-deliver at no cost to you. Any claim for non-delivery must be lodged within 30 days from date of order. Red Wrappings™ reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost or compensation is made.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, we will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address. The order will not be refunded.

If you instruct us to leave the parcel unattended if no one is home to take delivery, we will not accept responsibility for any loss. The order will not be refunded.

 

Order cancellation  [Top]

If you need to cancel an order, call us on +61 3 8609 9260 or email immediately. Once the order is confirmed and being processed, we will be unable to effect a cancellation.

 

Our Guarantee  [Top]

If for any reason, you or your gift recipient are not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue you a gift voucher. Please contact our Customer Service (customerservice@redwrappings.com.au) for return instructions. Conditions do apply so please read our Terms and Conditions on Return and Exchange.

Any exchange must be notified to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of goods. (Please note we are unable to refund the cost of Red Wrap It! Gift wrapping service)

 

Placing your order  [Top]

When you place your order, you will receive a Tax Invoice/Order Confirmation by email from Red Wrappings. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address that you provide is correct.

Promotional Code  [Top]

If you are part of a promotion and have a promotional code, please enter the number into the Promo Code box on the checkout to apply the discounts.

Promotional Codes have an expiry date. If this date has expired, you will no longer be entitled to promotional prices.

 

'Red Wrap It' Gift Wrap Service  [Top]

The Red Wrap It! Gift Wrapping Service includes:

  • having your chosen gift wrapped in red and secured with a white ribbon
  • a Personalised Gift Card - with the option to include a personal message
  • different card designs for specific occasions
  • a Gift Tag with the recipient's name on it
  • free delivery to any destination within Australia

With this service, you may need to allow extra delivery time. Please allow additional 1-2 working days on top of normal delivery for this service, but this will vary depending on the delivery destination.

Where the gift is for a special occasion, we advise that you check if your gift can be delivered in time for the occasion. The cost for the “Red Wrap It” Gift Wrapping Service is for one item only. If purchasing multiple items, you will need to purchase one “Red Wrap It” Gift Wrapping Service per item. For multiple items to be delivered to one destination, you may only be charged for one “Red Wrap It” Gift Wrapping Service depending on the size of the items ordered. However, not all items are available for this service. Please contact Red Wrappings for more information or assistance.

 

Refunds  [Top]

In the case of a Refund, this is normally processed within 60 days from the original transaction. A refund is processed according to how the original payment was made. If you used a credit card, PayPal credits your credit card. If you paid using funds from your Paypal account, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal balance. Please note, refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

 

Returns & Exchange  [Top]

You can return or exchange your purchases if you or your gift recipient are not entirely happy with them. Any returns or exchanges must be notified to us at customerservice@redwrappings.com.au for return instructions within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please note Red Wrappings™ will not accept return or exchange of the following items:

- Jewellery
- CDs and DVDs
- Computer games
- Plants, flowers and perishable goods (including all food items)
- Underwear
- Items on Special
- Gift Wrap
- Gift Vouchers
- Personalised items

It is a condition of return and exchange that goods have to be returned to Red Wrappings™

- undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original condition
- in its original packaging, in a saleable condition upon return
- returned within 7 days of delivery

Red Wrappings™ will not be liable for return freight costs. Any costs incurred by you in returning the goods must be borne by you. When returning goods, you are strongly advised to obtain appropriate proof of return. If goods are lost in transit to us, the goods will be deemed as not having been returned to Red Wrappings™. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged for return to ensure they are not damaged on return. Goods damaged upon return will be deemed as not in a saleable condition and as such, will not be covered under the Return and Exchange policy. If goods are returned for Exchange, there will be a redelivery cost to you.

Red Wrappings™ will not bear the cost of returning the goods back to you.

Red Wrappings™ reserves the right to reverse or amend its Return and Exchange policy in the future.

 

Temporarily out of stock  [Top]

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email or by phone. You will then be given the option to wait until the stock becomes available (your order will be placed on 'Back Order' status), or to select another item. If another item is selected and the value is greater than the previous item, we will send you a 'Request for Payment' through Paypal. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received. If the value is less than the previous item, we will refund you the difference through the same account the purchase was made. If you prefer the order to be cancelled due to stock unavailability, we will give you a full refund through the same account the purchase was made.

If the item that is temporarily unavailable is one of several items within an order you have placed, available stock will be delivered immediately and out of stock items will be delivered later when they become available unless otherwise advised.

 

Warranty  [Top]

Any warranty terms on a product (if specified) are negotiated by Red Wrappings™ with the Supplier of the product and are offered to customers of Red Wrappings™. As such, the warranty claim is with the Supplier of the product. Red Wrappings™ will however liaise with the relevant Supplier on your behalf to assist you in this matter.
