Christmas Cake or Christmas Pudding?

Christmas Cake or Christmas Pudding? Which should you buy and what's the differece between and a Christmas Cake and a Christmas Pudding anyway?

A Christmas Cake is oven baked, usually a rich fruit cake made with butter and often covered with marzipan and royal icing, a hard white icing that is made from gently beating egg whites, icing sugar tgether, and sometimes, with a little lemon or lime juice added.
On the other hand, Christmas Puddings are steamed, not baked, in a bowl above simmering water. Puddings tend to be more moist and Christmas Cakes have more "crumb" to it.
