Encounter Australian Wildlife - 2 Dainty Tree Frogs

Also known as the Eastern Dwarf Tree frog, this beautiful, bright green frog is one of the smallest green tree frogs at just 2.5cm. It has a yellowish under body and a patch of dark purple on the back of the legs. The feet are webbed, with very large, round toe discs. The eyes are black with orange. Usually found inhabiting vegetation, reed or floating plants in creeks, dams and swamps. During the day it shelters in leaves of plants well away from water. These frogs are unusual as they will often synchronize their calls and it can be quite deafening. This Dainty Tree frog is a beautifully handpained polyresin. Dimensions: 150mm.
