Blimp Mobile XLarge-hanging mobile

This blimp hanging mobile is a great home decor for a child or teenager's bedroom, or even the study at home. Historic blimps relied on the pressure of a light gas such as helium to give it the lift. There are many stories about blimps. If you or your freinds are fascinated by blimps, you'll love this hanging mobile to show off to your friends. It's a piece of art by a talented artist with a sense of humour. Enjoy his story of this flying machine he has created.
PRODUCT STORY:
Wilbur, Harold and Pierre had worked for years perfecting their enormous blimp and after numerous crashes they finally had it right; well almost. As Harold had a close friend who was a cattle farmer, they had a ready supply of methane gas, which they used to keep the blimp afloat. The downside was that this fuel was not only highly flammable but any leakage from the blimp caused great embarrassment as they floated over the countryside omitting very unpleasant odours.
To enable some vague control over the direction, pedal power was necessary and assisted the trio in keeping trim, taught and.......well almost terrific. With handles at the front and a rotor at the rear, a pleasant Sunday afternoon peddle was a joy; as long as they remembered the fragrance to mask the likely leakage of methane odours.
Harold sat comfortably in the centre sipping cups of tea, while Wilbur steered enthusiastically up front and Pierre kept a lookout for a safe landing space in a cow paddock for the necessary refuelling. Too often Pierre closed the eye he was meant to be looking through, which meant that on more than one uncomfortable occasion they landed in the middle of a sheep yard, or a pig pen and once even a chicken coup. But cows were the only creature that could supply enough quality methane to get them airborne again and on to their next big venture.
This story comes attached as a laminated card. This blimp is made of metal and polyresin. Dimensions: 98x29x50cm.
