Judith was painted by Gustav Klimt (1862-1918) in 1901. Judith is the heroine in The Old Testament who saved the city of Bethulia from the Assyrians. In the painting, she's holding the head of Holofernes. The original Oil on Canvas (84 x 32 cm) is in the Galerie Vytvarneho Umeni, Ostrava, Czech Republic.
