The Homestead is a typical late Victorian Australian timber house featuring corrugated iron roofing and bullnose veranda. Our standard version of this doll house features tiled roofing - but the option of substituting corrugated iron roofing and dormer windows is available. The double hung windows and louver shutters are characteristic of this style of house. The kit comes unassembled in a flat pack box with instructions as well as nails and screws. You will need wood adhesive and solvent glue for window insertion. The Homestead Dolls House Kit comes unpainted. However, the windows and shutters come pre-painted so you will need to select the colours of the windows and shutters at the time of ordering.
