Christmas Pudding Log - Chocolate

This Christmas Pudding is to die for. Gooey, sticky and indulgent, it is a chocolate pudding for chocolate lovers. This recipe is a traditional Christmas Pudding recipe, melded with a luxurious chocolate mud batter and is abundant with fruit. Hand selected ingredients like butter, honey, finely milled flour and moist breadcrumbs are mixed with the finest deluxe chocolate.

The Christmas pudding is handwrapped, and tied with a ribbon at each end.

Ingredients:
Dried fruits (38.5%) (sultanas, raisins (coated in vegetable oil)), dark chocolate (5.7%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), brown sugar, eggs, butter (cream, salt), wheat flour (with thiamine and folic acid), breadcrumbs (wheat flour with thiamine and folic acid, yeast, iodised salt, water), brandy (3.5%), orange juice, cocoa, water, flavours, spice, bicarbonate of soda.

Contains alcohol 2.9% by weight.

Contains Milk, Wheat Flour, Gluten, Eggs. Made in a premises that also makes products containing tree nuts.
